Has homebuilding experience, so was able to speak to quality of work, estimate the time/cost of renovations, and is so VERY thorough that he was even on hands/knees in crawl spaces and attics to help assess risk (foundation, plumbing, roof, etc.). While his focus is on single family homes he was extremely knowledgeable with the Portland Pearl District condo market and the ins and outs of purchasing a home in Portland.
