Kolin is a brilliant realtor to work with. With him we found our absolute dream house. He got to know us to really understand what we were looking for, the things that were important to us and what were nice to have. He showed us all the properties we were interested in and examined the houses with a keen eye to make sure everything was shipshape. He never pressured us to make an offer on something we weren’t truly comfortable with. We felt that throughout the process he was working on securing the house as if it was for himself, fighting for all the right things. Never once did we feel he didn't have our back or our best interests at heart. He was a pleasure to work with and hopefully we can work again together again. We wish we could go through the house-buying process more often, he made it that enjoyable!
